Practice the interview. Build your score. Walk in ready.
Ready to practice?
Pick the kind of job you're going after. A hiring manager will interview you with real questions for that kind of work — five questions, typed answers, and a score with coaching after every single one. There's a new interviewer every game, just like real life. Nothing to install, nothing saved — just practice.
First time? Short answers score low. Interviewers hire people who give specific examples: what the situation was, what you did, and how it turned out. You'll see a model answer after every question.

Before the real interview, remember: know what's on your record so nothing surprises you; answer questions about your past honestly and briefly, then bring it back to who you are now and the work you can do; bring your documents (ID, certifications, letters of reference); dress one step above the job; arrive 10–15 minutes early; and send a thank-you afterward. Employers hire reliability and honesty — both are yours to show.
